Ames, IAPosted Sep 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a familiar two-part structure—fit review and then hands-on coding—with additional team introductions, and I ended up with an offer.

Resume/personality screen — a short interview about my background and fit.
Technical hands-on coding — a longer technical interview where I coded in a language of my choice.
Multi-team introductions — I was introduced to multiple teams, with each providing technical interview problems. Outcome: I received an offer, and the takeaway was that a structured coding-and-team approach aligned with what they wanted to evaluate.
