I interviewed for a Software Engineer role over a long stretch (about 8 months) and it was a roller-coaster: the recruiting team stayed responsive, while the technical bar included LeetCode, system design, and SRE-style scenarios.

Recruiting coordination — I did roughly five interviews across multiple senior engineering and leadership levels; the recruiting team was highly responsive and encouraging.
Technical interviews — I worked through LeetCode-style questions plus more practical technology-implementation discussion.
System design — I covered standard system design topics.
SRE-focused scenario — I went through operations/reliability-style situations and talked through expectations like doing more with less. Outcome: No offer; the process was thorough and demanding but felt well-supported
