I went through a quick, recruiter-led hiring process for the Software Engineer role, and the whole timeline felt fast.

Recruiter screen — I didn’t see round-by-round technical details, but it was a fast, communicative conversation that set expectations.
Scheduling and follow-ups — Interviews were promptly scheduled and I received updates quickly.
Final round / close-out — I completed the process end-to-end in under 3 weeks. Outcome: No offer, but the hiring experience felt efficient and well managed—my main concern was lack of a positive result rather than process quality.
