United StatesPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied for the Software Engineer role and went through a focused round where I both explained my approach and solved coding problems under proctoring.

Behavioral + technical interview (single round) — Two interviewers asked questions while also proctoring a session where I solved coding problems and talked through my thought process.
Session wrap-up — The interview was structured as one combined experience rather than separate screens. Outcome: One candidate received an offer and the other did not; overall, the process was described as easy and heavily centered on clear reasoning during the coding work.
