I interviewed for Software Engineer with a live coding demonstration in front of senior engineers, followed by a second matching coding segment.

Onsite: initial questions + live demo — In a conference room, I answered questions from my resume/cover letter and then performed live coding in a language of my choice.
Part two (second onsite coding segment) — Two new interviewers repeated a similar structure: brief personality questions followed by coding.
Casual conversation — After completing the first coding portion early, I had a short casual chat. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the structure was clear and time-boxed, but it didn’t convert into an offer.
