I applied through an internal recruiter and then moved into two rounds of video interviews where the process was challenging but kind, ending before a third round.

Internal recruiter — About an hour focused on experience and what I was looking for; the recruiter was transparent about roles and dev team structure.
Video interview with two development managers — Challenging questions where interviewers were educational if I struggled.
Didn’t reach final round — I didn’t make it to a third interview step, and the feedback tied to junior vs. more experienced needs. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that even without advancement, the feedback was thoughtful and I learned from the harder questions.
