I had a quick phone screen followed by an online collaborative technical question set, but I was rejected right after.

Phone screen — a couple of technical questions plus general questions like why I wanted Workiva; I was told I’d be doing more, but the process stopped after this.
Online collaborative technical questions — I answered tech questions in an online editor; when I got confused, the interviewer provided hints. Outcome: I didn’t move forward after the phone interview stage, so I never saw any later rounds.
