Workday Account Executive interview experience

The interviews themselves were workable, but what threw me off was timing and clarity—Workday was going through a change process, and at certain points it was unclear what step would come next in the application.

Because the “what happens after this?” question wasn’t always straightforward, it made the process feel a little unpredictable even though I was progressing.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, the difficulty felt average, and the main friction was the shifting process rather than particularly hard interview content.
