My process felt seamless and transparent overall, especially in how the recruiter communicated during the wait time.

I always knew what was happening and when to expect the next step.

That said, a few parts of the process felt cumbersome because they involved third parties. It didn’t make the interviews themselves feel impossible, but it added friction and extra steps that could have been streamlined.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the recruiter communication and overall clarity were strong positives. The only real downside was that some of the process machinery added unnecessary weight.
