The process felt a bit lengthy, and I learned early that Workday treated fit as a major gate.

Even with the idea that I could be a strong performer, I was effectively getting the message that if the cultural fit didn’t land, it wouldn’t matter.

It involved quite a few steps leading up to the final panel, so the experience had that “keep going, keep proving it” energy. That said, it didn’t sound like the rounds were chaotic—just extensive.

I didn’t receive an offer, and while I understood they were being selective, the time investment combined with the cultural-fit emphasis made the experience feel more demanding than it might look from the outside.
