This ended up being the most stressful and unorganized process I’d been through.

The recruiter wasn’t responsive when I needed her, and the process dragged on. The interviews were standard behavioral conversations and I felt like I did well, but after the final interview I waited three weeks with no real communication. I finally received an automated email saying I didn’t get the role, and it felt especially disrespectful that it wasn’t from a real person after I’d tried reaching out repeatedly. It was disappointing because I genuinely liked the company, and the experience didn’t match that.
