My loop followed a simple, recognizable pattern.

I had a first call with HR, then met with the hiring manager for the team. After that, there was a panel interview built around a case or a presentation, and the process ended with a final round with a director of my country.

The overall structure felt like it was designed to check alignment at multiple levels: HR for baseline fit, the hiring manager for role specifics, the panel for how I’d think through a scenario, and then leadership for final confirmation.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the journey itself was orderly and predictable in terms of format and who was involved.
