After several interviews and panel discussions, I was told I wasn’t a cultural fit.

I respected the decision and I could see why the team was taking the time to evaluate culture, and I did enjoy learning about their values through those conversations. What left me disappointed was how late that feedback landed, especially after multiple rounds. I still felt the discussions were engaging, but I wished they’d identified the fit concern earlier so everyone could be more efficient.
