I made it through assignments and interviews, but the experience soured due to unprofessional handling and weak communication.

Technical interview — straightforward JavaScript questions with developers.
HR interview — an HR conversation separate from the technical rounds.
Home assignment — a multi-hour JS task (no strict timer) where I implemented a test runner.
System design interview — I designed a spreadsheet-like system (in the Excel/Sheets style).
Scheduling/communication issues — in another attempt, the interview was delayed, I had to chase updates, and after weeks there was no rejection email. Outcome: No offer; beyond the technical work, delays and poor follow-up heavily
