IsraelPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went in expecting a normal product manager conversation, but the process felt unusually light at first.

The interviews themselves didn’t come across as deeply informed, and the questions were very generic.

It left me with the impression that my chances were shaped heavily by first impressions rather than by what I could actually bring to the role. Instead of a clear evaluation of product thinking, it felt like I was being judged on how I fit the initial vibe.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, what surprised me was how much the experience depended on those early, somewhat superficial impressions—and how little depth there was in the questions.
