After an initial HR conversation, I moved into a clean, organized set of interviews that felt collaborative from the start.

I talked with a Product Manager’s manager, then had a professional interview with a guild expert where the focus was on how I think about product work. I also had a team fit assessment, and throughout the process the tone was respectful and encouraging, with interviewers making it easy to share my reasoning.

Then came the part that carried the most weight: an assignment that I had to complete and later present and explain. I remember feeling like it was really about my ability to structure my thinking, not just arrive at answers, because I was expected to walk through my solution clearly.
