The process felt calm and well-managed, and the communication was genuinely good.

It came across as fluid, and I was given the information I needed to feel prepared for what my challenge would be.

I also understood who my leaders and colleagues on the team would be, which reduced a lot of uncertainty during the process. Overall, it left me feeling at ease about the role’s context and who I’d be working with.

No offer followed, but the main takeaway was how smoothly everything was explained—there wasn’t a lot of confusion, and I didn’t feel left guessing about what the process expected from me.
