WeWork Account Executive interview experience

I was asked why the company, and why I wanted to be in sales, and the rest of what came up stayed pretty standard. There wasn’t much that surprised me, and I remember thinking that the flow was similar to other sales-screening conversations I’d had before.

In my mind, it was more about confirming I’d match the mindset they wanted than testing anything technical. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I left with a sense that the process was uncomplicated and low-friction—even if it didn’t feel especially distinctive.
