The process I experienced felt pretty seamless, but it also came with a tougher level of expectation.

There were three steps total, and the questions focused on both day-to-day job responsibilities and personality. Before each part, it was clear they wanted me to come ready with relevant skills and even languages, because I was told I’d be tested on those.

What helped was that the feedback and next steps moved quickly after I completed the interviews, which made the process feel organized rather than dragging. I didn’t get an offer, but I can still say the structure was clear and responsive, and the main challenge for me was simply matching what they said they were going to assess.
