I had a great experience overall, and it felt like there were lots of opportunities to work with many different companies.

At the same time, the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic, and it was obvious everyone was stretched thin.

What stood out most was the way the process communicated expectations—it felt like they were ready for me to jump in immediately rather than easing me into things. Even though the conversations themselves were positive, that “sink or swim” pressure gave the whole experience a stressful edge, and I didn’t leave feeling like there was a gentle ramp-up culture.
