I spoke with a recruiter who felt friendly, and the initial conversation was pretty standard—job scope and my previous experience.

After that, I followed up on next steps with the recruiter.

I didn’t get any reply even after numerous emails seeking feedback. Eventually, I received an auto-generated rejection email a few months later, followed by a survey.

That gap between the recruiter communication and any real closure was frustrating. It was a straightforward process early on, but the lack of human follow-up made the ending feel disconnected from the effort I’d put in.
