WeWork Account Executive interview experience

The in-person interview didn’t match that energy. I felt like I knew more about their organization than they seemed to know about me, and when I asked a simple question at the end, the response was basically that they’d need to get back to me.

It was rated easy overall, but the contrast between the phone call and the in-person part made it feel uneven. I didn’t get an offer, and what lingered was that the in-person session didn’t feel as thoughtful or responsive as the earlier screen.
