My recruiter call was quick, and the recruiter was easy to talk to.

The conversation itself felt straightforward and not intimidating.

A couple of the questions stuck with me because they were very classic behavioral prompts. I was asked to describe a time I failed, and I also got a prompt to name three characteristics needed to be a good sales person.

Overall, it was an efficient screen and the tone was friendly, which made the whole thing feel easy even though the questions were still clearly meant to test how I think and communicate.
