The interview itself went well and felt like a good match.

I was told I’d hear back within a week, so I left the process expecting a straightforward next step.

Instead, nothing happened. After the promised timeline passed, the silence stretched out, and I didn’t get any clear communication about whether I was moving forward to another round.

Looking back, that lack of follow-through was the main issue for me—the experience was positive in the moment, but the post-interview radio silence made it harder to take the process seriously, even though I still felt it had gone in a favorable direction.
