My process ended up taking a long time, and it didn’t feel like it was getting meaningfully more efficient as it went on.

It ran through about five to six rounds, but a big part of what I experienced was repetition—similar steps, similar conversation patterns, and me coming back for essentially the same stage checks instead of consolidating.

The one part I actually appreciated was a real-time case study activity, because it felt different from the rest of the process. I found it more engaging and a bit refreshing amid the repeated rounds. Even with that high point, the overall length and the sense that the process could have been shorter left me feeling worn down, and I ultimately didn’t get an offer.
