My process felt extremely disorganized and unwelcoming, starting abruptly with a case instead of a recruiter touchpoint.

No recruiter pre-call + case immediately — I received the case straight away without earlier contact.
Technical interview — After finishing the case, I joined a technical interview where the panel was late and showed a clear lack of engagement. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that reliability and interviewer engagement strongly affect the experience, regardless of my preparation.
