I experienced a relatively smooth, standard flow: early HR alignment, then coding/front-end technical work, ending with manager and developer-level discussion.

HR / general interview — I started with a general conversation with HR.
Technical test — I took a coding test focused on front-end development.
Manager + developers meeting — I then met with a manager alongside developers from the team.
HR then technical with project manager and tech lead (similar flow) — I also experienced an HR interview followed directly by a relaxed technical conversation with a project manager and tech lead. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that communication and technical clarity mattered more than tricky formats.
