I got a coding test sent to me because I had a coding background on my CV.

It was a 75-minute assessment with 5 problems that felt like they would normally take much longer than the time they gave.

I managed to complete 3 of the 5, and I didn’t get an offer. What stood out was how brutally fast they were to communicate—my pass/fail came back quickly, and it felt less about the difficulty of the problems themselves and more about being fast enough under a tight time constraint.
