Virtu Financial Operations Analyst interview experience

I had a behavioral interview first, and then they told me what would come next: a technical round with the trading team, followed by a superday that was a full-day event at their New York office.

Even though I didn’t get to an offer, the structure was the part that felt cleanest to me—behavioral first, then trading-team technical, and then a long in-person day. It was easy to understand where each round fit in, and that clarity made the uncertainty of waiting feel more tolerable.
