I applied through an internal route after being referred by someone on the inside, and HR asked me to submit my CV.

Everything seemed to move quickly, and within about 24 hours I got an automated response saying they weren’t progressing my application. It caught me off guard because I still felt qualified enough that I expected at least an interview. The process ended there for me, and the main emotion was frustration—more confusion than anything else—because it felt like I’d been screened out by a system even though I believed I was a fit.
