I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an average difficulty, using a three-part behavioral-to-technical-to-manager flow over a few weeks.

Behavioral round (HireVue) — I started with a recorded behavioral interview.
Technical round — I answered basic math and logic problems.
Manager behavioral round — I then had a behavioral conversation with managers.
Timeline — after about three weeks, I was extended an offer. Outcome: I got the offer, and my takeaway is that strong behavioral communication plus solid basic logic can carry you through.
