I had a more targeted interview where the focus narrowed to my current technical expertise and deep dives, with a moderate difficulty.

Technical evaluation (architect-focused) — A single session probing specific topics like Java 17, Spring microservices, and React, plus experience-based questions; one version described a structured architect + managerial pairing.
Managerial round — A separate behavioral/managerial assessment balancing high-level technical discussion with fit.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but I walked away with feedback that they wanted depth in the exact stack I listed.
