I went through a simpler recruitment flow with fewer stages, usually starting with an OA/online exam, then GD and one or two follow-up interviews.

It generally felt easy to average.

Online exam / aptitude — English/vocabulary/puzzles plus coding; one path included an essay prompt.
Group discussion (GD) — short scenario or topic discussion meant to test communication.
Technical interview — resume/project questions plus core CS foundations (e.g., threads/language basics) and sometimes light ML/problem-solving.
HR interview — behavioral basics, such as hobbies/free time and relocation/preferences. Outcome: I didn’t reach an offer in the paths I took, and the takeaway was that being comfortable with fundamentals
