Verizon Account Executive interview experience

Negative

Chicago Heights, ILPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a very easy, run-of-the-mill interview that mostly felt like a box-checking exercise.

The questions were generic and the overall process was more work on my side than it felt like it gave back—just a lot of effort to get to what I wanted to learn.

It didn’t feel especially challenging or meaningful, and it left me frustrated rather than confident. Even though I ended up with an offer from that interview journey, I still had a strong negative impression about how the process was handled, to the point that it made me question whether leadership was taking the hiring experience seriously.
