I interviewed for a Software Engineer role that was fairly challenging overall, using a mostly technical-then-managerial sequence.

Technical interview — two-person interview flow focused on real-time, work-scenario questions; it leaned medium to slightly difficult.
Managerial/project round — I was asked about my prior project experience and how I approached the work; this round was intended to gauge depth beyond pure coding.
Additional note — interview level felt medium-to-difficult rather than purely academic. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and my takeaway was to sharpen scenario-based technical explanations and be ready to go deep on project contributions.
