I had a recruiter screen followed by a panel interview with software engineers.

The interview mostly revolved around my previous experience and the projects I’d worked on, and they asked me questions like describing a challenging bug I’d fixed.

This felt easier than the more technical-heavy processes I expected. The panel focused on how I approached problems and what I actually did on real work, rather than pushing me through an intense set of abstract logic challenges.

I received an offer, and the overall experience felt smooth and focused. What I took from it was that, at least for this stage, they cared more about practical impact and clarity than about complexity
