I went through a pretty structured multi-stage flow.

First I had a 45-minute chat with a graduate recruiter over Zoom. The next step was a short but real case commitment: I completed a case study over about 48 hours.

After finishing the case, there was an hour and a half interview where I presented my case study and then talked through the reasoning. The last step was another hour and a half with a consultant for a deeper dive, mixing both technical topics and more personal questions.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience felt organized and coherent—each stage clearly built toward understanding both how I’d think and how I’d explain
