Everything initially seemed to go well and the process moved quickly in terms of interviews: I passed the interviews and I was told the offer would come soon.

I felt optimistic because the steps felt complete.

Then something changed abruptly. I got a call where they said they were changing the hiring process, that the position would be put on hold, and that they’d come back to me. After that, I heard nothing meaningful, and later they hired someone else without giving me feedback or any explanation.

Not getting an offer ended up feeling like pure waste of time. The biggest frustration wasn’t the rejection itself, but the lack of transparency and the way the process stalled after I’d already cleared the earlier stages.
