My experience with Vanta felt genuinely well-run and fast.

It started with a quick recruiter screen, then moved to a hiring manager round, followed by a mock cold call. After that came a principles conversation with an enablement manager, and then a final wrap-up call with the sales development director.

The whole thing took about a week, with all the rounds fitting into a tight timeline. I was even able to continue through another job offer while the process was happening, because it didn’t stretch out and stall. I left feeling like the steps were intentional and I’d been given a clear chance to show what I could do. I didn’t end up with an offer
