The process felt structured, but the momentum didn’t match what they told me.

The interviews themselves were fine, yet I noticed the recruiters were slow to provide feedback between steps, even after later rounds. That delay created a weird disconnect because they presented the process as if it would move quickly.

As I waited, it didn’t feel like I was actually getting timely signals on how I was doing, which made the whole thing drag mentally. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and what stuck with me was that the communication gaps undermined the otherwise orderly structure of the interviews.
