Vanta Account Executive interview experience

Got offer

Positive

United StatesPosted Feb 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process ended up being great and fairly quick, and it worked with my tough schedule.

The main conversations happened over the phone, and the recruiter even handled details via text when I needed something.

Negotiation was challenging, but it also helped me learn more about the product and what they expected at a deeper level. The experience felt responsive and respectful overall, even with the back-and-forth.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I couldn’t really ask for much more from how the process was handled. The negotiation and communication were the bright spots for me.
