After applying, I was contacted and the process started moving, but it became challenging mainly because of scheduling and coordination across multiple people.

The new CRO I interacted with felt late and disorganized, and it added a lot of friction to the timeline.

I interviewed with four individuals, and I sent thank-you notes to each of them. I never heard back with next steps or even a simple update about whether I would move forward, and I followed up on two separate occasions.

Even after those follow-ups, I still got no response. My reflection was that the lack of communication made the whole experience feel careless, especially after putting in the time to meet with everyone.
