Vanta Account Executive interview experience

I met with multiple team members who focused on both the skills I’d bring and the values fit for the organization, and I never felt like I was being rushed or handled like a number.

Every conversation had a calm pace, and each person gave me their full attention. Overall, it felt organized and easy to engage with, which made the evaluation feel less stressful than I expected.
