San Francisco, CAPosted Dec 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview path included an initial screening, then an interview with a manager, then an interview with a director.

After that, I had a mock sales call and eventually a final interview.

The main thing I remember is how much preparation they implicitly required, especially for the mock sales call. I was expected to come in with a lot of information and do serious research beforehand, and the way they structured the later stages made it clear they wanted to see how I’d handle the actual sales motion. I didn’t get the offer, but I respected the thoroughness of the process and how clearly it was trying to evaluate sales readiness.
