I went through four separate calls: a recruiter screening, a hiring manager interview, a presentation round, and then a final director call.

The hiring manager and recruiter were pushing me to move quickly because feedback was being collected at a high rate, and while they were communicative during the earlier stages, things turned after the last interview.

After my final meeting, I was completely ghosted—no explanation and no follow-up, even though I’d been told I’d hear back immediately. I was disappointed not just because of the result, but because the process asked for a lot of effort, especially for the presentation. When the communication disappeared, it made the whole process feel like a waste of time.
