San Francisco, CAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Vanta stood out to me right away because the process felt genuinely considerate.

Instead of focusing only on what was already on my resume, they seemed more interested in how I think and how I approach problems.

The whole thing felt seamless—easy to follow, with clear communication and quick responses. I never had to wonder where things stood or wait around without context. Even though I didn’t get an offer, I left with the sense that the process had been run with care and that the conversations were meant to understand me, not just evaluate me.
