San Francisco, CAPosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a set of more informal conversations with sales leadership, and then the process moved into mock discovery calls.

After those, there was a more formal 30-minute interview with HR, and then I also met with another third party outside of sales.

Even though there were multiple steps, everything felt fair and professional throughout. I didn’t leave feeling like I’d been blindsided or treated poorly; the rounds were just different formats as they evaluated how I approached the role.

I didn’t get an offer, but my overall feeling was that the interviews respected the process and stayed professional.
