My process started like this: I cleared the first round, but then I got eliminated in the second.

The first round was a technical screening that checked basics across C, Java, and aptitude. The second round was more of a technical HR style round, so I expected it to stay technical, but the evaluation didn’t end up going in my favor.

The third step was a personal HR round, and that part was still part of the official flow even though the earlier rounds had already narrowed my chances. I didn’t get an offer, and the experience left me confused about how they judged the second-round outcome since they revisited some technical questions again rather than simply confirming earlier results.
