ValueLabs Software Engineer interview experience

The team came across as interactive and friendly, yet the difficulty was real—I needed strong logical thinking and solid core knowledge to keep up.

I don’t remember every single round in the same granular way as other experiences, but what stuck was the overall vibe: they weren’t trying to trick me with random trivia; they were testing depth. That combination of friendliness and difficulty made it clear they were looking for genuine understanding. I ultimately got a sense of where I stood, and while it wasn’t easy, I respected the way the interviews were conducted.
