After clearing the interview steps, I had to go through a thorough post-interview background verification process to confirm eligibility for the role.

The process itself was structured into multiple stages—L1, L2, and then a client round—and everything felt fairly comprehensive rather than quick checks.

The scheduling experience included multiple live rounds where I joined via video with the camera on and was asked to share my screen. The format emphasized interaction and visibility, so I had to stay ready to demonstrate whatever I was working through in real time. Overall, it felt like a traditional, screen-share-heavy pipeline that kept moving forward only if I stayed aligned with what they were looking for.
